Good to know

The training method IATA CBTA (competency-based training and assessment) has the following premise. The safe and efficient transportation of hazardous materials by air depends on competent personnel. This means that employees must be trained in the functions for which they are responsible - regardless of whether it is stated in the job description. This is best achieved through competency-based training and assessment (CBTA).

Good

Even though I found the course difficult it helped me tremendously that good explanations were given by Ms. de Vries. Unfortunately, we only use batteries but it's very interesting to see what all has to go into shipping something.

Everything was fine again!

As always well organized.

Perfect

Only possible tip : try putting KC people together in 1 class and possibly RA people as well. So now I was the only one in the class as KC and had actual questions. Possibly then you can also fill the days in such a way that people from KC for their situation can have more depth. But again, consider it a possible tip, training was otherwise perfect.
