The acquisition, effective January 1, 2025, marks another milestone in our growth ambitions in the Netherlands. After years of successful cooperation, we jointly decided to turn this relationship into a strategic integration.

With global certifications and customers in various industries, DG Packaging offers solutions for transportation by air, road, water and rail. Dutch activities
DG Packaging has branches worldwide; the acquisition concerns only the Dutch operational activities at Schiphol and the training and consulting branch. DG Packaging’s existing workforce and fleet of vehicles will go with the acquisition. All this ensures a seamless continuation of DG Packaging’s high quality service.
