Each secure air cargo entity, such as a known consignor or regulated agent, must employ a Security Manager trained in accordance with 11.2.5 of EU Regulation 2015/1998. The Security Manager training trains to do just that. This is acknowledged by the National Coordinator for Counterterrorism and Security (NCTV) and the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee. The training is based on the training requirements in the National Civil Aviation Security Training Program (NOBB).
For whom
The training is for the employee responsible for maintaining the approval on behalf of the known consignor or regulated agent. You will draft the security program and underlying documents and act as the liaison between the company and the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee. Furthermore, you will establish the security program and ensure that operations are carried out in accordance with air cargo security regulations.
