Product Owner
As Product Owner, you are the lynchpin between stakeholders and the development team. You ensure that the roadmap is always tuned and accepted by the stakeholders, that the product meets the quality requirements and stays within budget. In addition, you manage the backlog and ensure clear communication about product changes. You also contribute to an efficient way of working for developers and ensure that sprints are carefully completed.

What will you do?
- Establish and maintain the roadmap and report to stakeholders.
- Organize and prioritize the product backlog.
- Monitor and report product development progress.
- Schedule and host sprint reviews and process feedback.
- Ensure thorough product documentation.
- Inform users of product changes.
- Ensure clear and efficient working practices for the development team.
What do you bring to the table?
- A completed college education, supplemented by relevant updates.
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar position.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and experience with Scrum methodology.
- Experience with Moodle LMS.
- Analytical ability and problem-solving thinking.
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
Additionally, you have excellent problem-solving skills and can work both independently and as part of a team. You have a proactive attitude and can collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
