We are Special Cargo Services, the Dangerous Goods Specialist.
Special Cargo Services offers all services related to the storage, packaging and transport of dangerous goods.
We take care of our clients and ensure that all dangerous goods are prepared for shipment and transported from A to B. By road, sea, rail and air.

With our entities Special Cargo Services and Special Cargo College (the training provider for Logistics Netherlands in the field of dangerous goods, aviation safety and security) we have offices and training locations at Schiphol, Rotterdam, IJmuiden, Veenendaal and in Texas USA.

What you will do

  • Packaging and documentation of dangerous goods
  • Checking dangerous goods shipments on site
  • Preparing shipments for further transportation
  • Preparation and processing of quotations
  • Inform customers of shipment status information
  • Complete administrative handling of files
  • Perform pick and pack processes

Working hours are negotiable but you will have periodic late shifts.

What do you bring

Do you have at least MBO working and thinking level, relevant work experience (is an advantage) and good knowledge of the Dutch and English language in word and writing?
Are you communicatively strong, can you hold your own in a dynamic environment and are you willing to go the extra mile?
A Certificate of No Objection (VGB) is required to work with air cargo.
