Job title: IT Support Assistant
Purpose: Responsible for providing support on our software and/or applications.Manager: QHSE & IT Specialist
Job Description: As an IT Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing high quality support on our software and applications. You will report to the QHSE & IT Specialist and work closely with internal staff and external vendors. Your duties will include:
- Provide basic IT supplies for all employees.
- Function as the first point of contact for all IT-related questions, reports and malfunctions, ensuring prompt and appropriate resolution.
- Independently execute (small) IT projects.
- Manage Cloud services such as MS 365.
- Workplace management, including software installation and upgrades.
- Assist in the technical onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Identify bottlenecks and contribute to keeping the organization compliant with laws and regulations.
- Demonstrate a learning attitude and be open to personal development.
- Doing improvement proposals for the benefit of the department.
- Possible support roles in consultation with supervisor.

Qualification Requirements:
- MBO work and thinking level, complemented by relevant updates.
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of IT Support.
- Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both oral and written.
- Knowledge of MS Office and Microsoft 365.
Qualification requirements for quality assurance:
- In possession of a Certificate of Conduct (VOG).
- Compliance with ISO standards of the organization.
